Please pay a deposit of £70.00 to secure your booking. Your initial deposit is a non-returnable booking fee covering the administrative costs that we incur in processing your reservation. This forms part of your total payment to us.

If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of staying with us, the total amount the the outstanding balance will be due.

If you cancel with more that 2 weeks notice, you will lose your non-refundable deposit.
No further payments are required until your arrival, but your card details will be saved for future payments.
We will send you, either electronically, or by post, a Confirmation showing you the price for your break and any additional charges. It will also contain your contact details on the confirmation.  If any of the details are wrong, or change, especially your address, please inform us.
All our accommodation is strictly non-smoking​​.
Our accommodation is self-catering.
No pets are allowed (except registered help dogs.  Please inform us know accordingly). 
​Lost or missing keys will be charged at £20 per set.
Arrival: From 2pm (you are welcome to arrive any time after 10am to drop off your luggage, collect the apartment keys, and a parking permit if required)
Departure: By 10am​
You should use your accommodation with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure. We reserved the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, missing items or damage.​
Wi-fi is provided free, but is not guaranteed. 
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people indicated occupy any property.
Management decisions are final.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control. 
​When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.
